Two-week sprints
Design through feedback loop, repeated per sprint. Every sprint closes with planning and a retrospective, so the team keeps tightening how it works.
Careers
We are looking for people who do not stop at the edge of their remit — who question how things are currently done and look for a better answer together.
Mission
To Keep the World in Motion
How We Work
The name comes from tiki-taka in football. Instead of the ball, we pass skills, ideas and experience. Nobody holds it too long, and the next person receives it in a better position.
01
We trade skills, thinking and experience, and take on new challenges with what we get back. Passing well counts for more here than being individually brilliant.
02
We back the growth of the people here as hard as the growth of the business. An organisation where individuals stop developing does not last.
03
Rather than adapting to a culture handed to us, we build the one we want. One-to-ones and time reserved for teams are guaranteed, not improvised.
Engineering
How something is built is what determines its quality.
01
Design through feedback loop, repeated per sprint. Every sprint closes with planning and a retrospective, so the team keeps tightening how it works.
02
Ping-pong knowledge sessions, a tech review at the end of every sprint, and Techathons. Whatever someone has just discovered gets put on the table, and the next approach is found together.
03
Every change is reviewed. Review is not a formality but the place where skills get passed across, which is why context is explained before code.
Talent
We look at how someone approaches the work, not at how many years they have done it.
Leadership
Ten standards for judgement and action, expected of everyone regardless of title.
Start with the customer and work backwards. Focus on what they need, work vigorously to earn their trust, and never spend the customer to buy something else.
Leaders are owners. Think long term and do not trade long-term value for short-term results. Act on behalf of the whole company, not just your team, and never say “that is not my job”.
Do not stop at first base. Dig through to the root cause, and back every proposal with facts, numbers and data rather than feeling.
Thinking small is a self-fulfilling prophecy. Set a bold direction, communicate it, and turn it into results.
Be relentless. Setbacks do not excuse a miss — rise to the occasion and deliver on time, at the right quality.
Do not settle for the result you have. Keep looking for a way to make the existing solution more inventive, or simpler.
Work transparently from start to finish. Without it we cannot earn trust from customers, or from each other. Communicate candidly and stay open to everyone.
Aim past perfect. Hitting the goal is not the finish line — take the extra step it takes to do better.
Speed matters. Decide quickly and move; when obstacles appear, adapt to the new conditions and keep things from stalling.
Recognise talent. Raise the bar with every hire and every promotion, and grow leaders who grow other leaders.

FAQ
We aim to send the outcome by email and message within a week of your application or interview date.
Two hours are free in the building. Let the recruiter know your car model and registration in advance if you need it — the car park is mechanical, so some vehicles cannot be accommodated.
Tell us in advance and we can move it. Out of respect for each other's time, a same-day no-show means we cannot accept a future application.
We propose start times between 10am and 5pm.
You would be employed by Techtaka Logistics, a Techtaka subsidiary. Your first day starts at the HQ office for your contract, work laptop and orientation, then moves to the center (except for fixed-term operator positions).
Take a look at what is open, and ask the recruiting team anything you are unsure about.
